Our (Senior) High School Model United Nations program culminates in a three day experience at Mineral Wells, WV, offering windows on the world and international perspectives as teens represent nations trying to solve international issues.

Model UN is a great way to learn about the world. I came into this program with no knowledge about the UN or my nation. I left with that knowledge plus the ability to think as my nation and a greater appreciation for other nations.

Our (Junior) Middle School Model United Nations program is held at the Horseshoe Leadership Center in West Virginia. At the conference teens will discover all they can become, will create new friends for a lifetime, will open hearts, will develop positive attitudes, and will help everyone become their very best.

Students will tackle today’s world issues with all the added benefits Horseshoe offers - fun, friends, understanding, positive people, learning, good times with a purpose! You will stay in Horseshoe’s cabins, Advisors may stay in our new McManus Center, enjoy Horseshoe’s home cooking, plus we’ll have time for outdoor fun activities only Horseshoe offers.

Middle School Model UN is a Three day, All Inclusive, Away from Home Learning Experience! Middle School Model UN includes a residential living experience at Horseshoe, five meals, Model UN Council and General Assembly Sessions, special programs unique to Horseshoe, meeting and interacting with others from other schools and communities.
